Minimum Requirements:

  • European passport or valid work permit in the Netherlands.
  • Minimum B1 level of English.
  • Previous experience as an industrial painter, especially with metal surfaces.
  • Proficiency in operating spray painting equipment and understanding of painting application techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Wearing work clothes and safety boots is mandatory.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare metal surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as necessary.
  • Operate and maintain spray painting equipment, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Apply paint coatings evenly and efficiently to achieve desired finishes and specifications.
  • Inspect painted surfaces for defects and perform necessary touch-ups or adjustments.
  • Adhere to regulations and safety guidelines at all times to prevent accidents or injuries.

 

Job Details:

  • Employment type: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
  • Location: Helmond.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday from 6:45 to 17:00 (45 minutes break).
  • Salary: €14.00 – €14.55 gross/hour.
