Minimum Requirements:
- European passport or valid work permit in the Netherlands.
- Minimum B1 level of English.
- Previous experience as an industrial painter, especially with metal surfaces.
- Proficiency in operating spray painting equipment and understanding of painting application techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Great attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Wearing work clothes and safety boots is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare metal surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as necessary.
- Operate and maintain spray painting equipment, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to safety protocols.
- Apply paint coatings evenly and efficiently to achieve desired finishes and specifications.
- Inspect painted surfaces for defects and perform necessary touch-ups or adjustments.
- Adhere to regulations and safety guidelines at all times to prevent accidents or injuries.
Job Details:
- Employment type: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Location: Helmond.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 6:45 to 17:00 (45 minutes break).
- Salary: €14.00 – €14.55 gross/hour.
