When is the salary paid?

At Talent Hunter Netherlands, we pay the salary every Tuesday.

When you start working, you don’t need to pay for accommodation in the first two weeks. This means that in the first two weeks of work, you will not be charged for accommodation. However, starting from the third week, you will begin to pay for accommodation, and that cost will be deducted from your salary every Friday. If you decide to stop working for the company, either because you are dismissed or because you decide to leave, the accommodation cost for the first two weeks of work will be deducted before you receive your last salary.

Example: Sara arrives on the 7th, Thursday. And she will start working on Monday, the 11th. She wouldn’t receive her salary during the first two weeks, but she wouldn’t pay for accommodation either. On the 29th, Friday, she would receive her first salary for that week with only the deduction of that week’s accommodation, and so on every week. After a year and a half, Sara is offered a permanent contract and ends the contract with us, so now she would receive the sum of her first two weeks on the next Friday and the deduction of all other expenses (accommodation, health insurance, etc.
